Dr. M. R. Sripriya is an Assistant Professor, Department of English currently working at Annapoorana Engineering College and previously worked at Velammal Institute of Technology, Panchetti, Chennai. She has completed her PhD at Thiruvalluvar Government Arts College, Rasipuram in the year 2024. She served as a Resource Person and Trainer for One Month Soft Skill Programme on Personality Development conducted online jointly by Dreams Endeavor and All India Forum for English Students, Scholars and Trainers (AIFEST) in 2021 published in Youtube channel of AIFEST. She has cleared Emaester Teacher Training Program in Communication Training and also worked at Ufaber Company, Mumbai for 6 months in online mode to various ages of students and places across India in 2021. She has completed Post Graduate Diploma in English Language Teaching (PGDELT) at Regional Institute of English, South India, Bengaluru in2019. She has cleared Tamil Nadu State Level Eligibility Test (TNSET) in 2018. She has presented papers in various reputed National and International conferences, and also published papers in UGC Care listed Journals, Web of Science journals in her credits.

Mr. C. Joseph, M.A., M.Phil., B.ed., (PhD)., working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of English, Annapoorana Engineering College, Salem. He has 11 years of experience in the field of Teaching Profession. He is certified IELTS Trainer and trained more than 150 candidates across India. He is a passionate Free-Lance Soft Skills Trainer. He had handled Communicative English and Professional English to more than 2000 students and for various School Teachers in Tamil Nadu. He had received Blue Eva Ford Publication’s “Best Educator” Award in April 2025. Adding to it, He also published papers in UGC Care listed Journals, to his credits.
