Pandit Rajesh Chakraborty was born in an ordinary family in Rajganj village under Dhanbad district of Jharkhand state. At the age of nineteen, he started discharging his family obligations from his ancestral profession due to his father's shadow rising from his head. He got his initial, secondary and higher secondary education from Rajganj, as well as graduate from Vinoba Bhave University and Post Graduate (Hindi) from Nalanda Open University and D.P.E. and B.D. from IGNOU, in addition to this, he from Bangi Pandit Parishad Calcutta has received the title of 'Jyotishnava'.Currently, he is working as a government teacher in Sahebganj district. Apart from education in society, he has a unique identity as astrology, rituals and narrator. Through various journals and forums, he made his good identity in the literary field in a short period of time. His poems published in the short magazine 'Shatdal' have been highly appreciated by Sanjeev, a creator of Jnanpith Award. Last year, his poetry collection "Antar-Yatra" has been published from Hamruh Prakashan New Delhi and in the coming time, his efforts are on to publish a story collection and a poem collection
