Presently, He is working as Assistant Professor in Institute of Education and Research, Mangalayatan University, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. His teaching interests include Educational Management and Philosophy. He has an M.Sc. (Plant Science) and M.Ed., M.A.(Sociology). He has completed research at the Institute of Advance Studies in Education, He has authored 28 research papers in education, Research Methodology, ICT, etc. Published in various National and International journals of repute. He is Director of Dynamic Education Research Society.
