Shabeen Bin Ahamed D.N is an Indian poet and author from the union territory of Lakshadweep. He writes poems that reflect deep emotions, life experiences, and the powerful connection between the past and present. His literature work also helps in understanding how past influence the present and future. His words are inspired by nature, memories, and the stories carried through generations. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Genomic Science at the Central University of Kerala. Though he comes from a science background, writing poetry has always been his passion. He believes poetry is a way to express feelings that are hard to say out loud and to connect people through shared emotions. His first book, The Rise and Fall in the Mist of Past, is a collection of 37 poems that take readers on a journey through time, emotions, and life lessons. In 2nd June 2025 is was nominated to the International Excellence Award at global author summit of 2025 by Exceller books for his poetry work of Rise and Fall in the Mist of Past book. Shabeen hopes to inspire others with his words and continue writing books that touch the heart and soul.
