Dr. Anand Kumar Choudhary possesses 15.5 years of diverse experience spanning both industry and education. He dedicated nine years to teaching, mentoring, and leading the management department, while the remaining 6.5 years were spent in a multinational corporation. During his academic tenure, Dr. Anand served as the Head of the Department at the School of Commerce and Management at Sandip University for two years and worked as an Assistant Professor of Marketing for seven years. Currently, he is a Professor of Practice in Marketing at ISM, Patna. Dr. Choudhary believes that transforming his job into a passion is essential and emphasizes the importance of finding enthusiastic individuals to enhance performance. His interests lie in marketing management and human resources. He has participated in several Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), authored numerous research articles, engaged with various professional societies, served on editorial boards, and conducted sessions as a speaker at both National and International FDPs. Additionally, he has contributed to three book chapters and has authored a book, along with a myriad of other accomplishments that illustrate his journey in academia and industry.
