Dr. Raosaheb A. Deshmukh is a committed Ayurvedic scholar and an accomplished academician, presently working as an Associate Professor at BLDEA’s AVS Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya, Vijayapur. With an unwavering passion for Ayurveda, he has been contributing significantly to teaching, research, and community service. He completed his Undergraduate (BAMS) education at AVS Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya, Vijayapur, where he laid the foundation for his academic and clinical excellence. He further pursued his Postgraduate (MD Ayurveda) studies at Dr. B.N.M.E. Rural Medical College, Vijayapur, strengthening his expertise and deepening his understanding of classical Ayurvedic principles and modern clinical applications. For the past seven years, he has been serving as an active and inspiring NSS Programme Officer, guiding students with leadership, discipline, and a strong sense of social responsibility. Under his guidance, numerous NSS activities have been successfully conducted, reflecting his belief in holistic development and community-oriented education. He has also contributed extensively to the academic world by publishing multiple research articles in reputed national and international journals,& attended national & international conferences.The guest speaker showcased his commitment to advancing Ayurvedic knowledge. With dedication, clarity of thought, and a strong academic vision, he continues to inspire students and contribute meaningfully to the growth of Ayurveda.
