Synopsis

The book analyses the socio-political dynamics- for establishing the historical imperative for the creation of the Kashmiri Pandit Homeland of Muslims in the Indian subcontinent that led to its partition during British rule and thereafter in independent India that disallows the Muslim community to uphold the principle of co-existence with the people following other religions in democratic and secular India.
That the creation of the Kashmiri Pandit Homeland is a Constitutional imperative for all the Central governments irrespective of their political party affiliations, is comprehensively reasoned out by referring to various Articles in the Indian Constitution and that its denial would amount to gross violation of the Indian Constitution both in letter and spirit.
It is argued that the forced exile of the Kashmiri Pandit community from Kashmir preceded by their genocide is a result of such religio-political dynamics that threatens the territorial integrity of Indian Nation and challenges its sovereignty and if such political designs are not nipped in the bud, then it may give rise to a feeling of accomplishment in that the experiment having succeeded in Kashmir is worth trying in other States of the Indian Union.
Therefore, it becomes a National imperative to not only politically neutralize such anti-National forces, but also bring to justice the perpetrators of genocide which includes Kashmiri Muslim clergy and political leadership on the Kashmiri Pandit community and create a Kashmiri Pandit Homeland in the Valley.
