Synopsis

Mr. Mukund Vinayak Sherekar, born on 20th October 1965 in Nagpur, Maharashtra, is a self-made man whose life exemplifies perseverance, passion, and purpose. Educated first in a government school and later at C. P. & Berar High School, Ravinagar, Nagpur, he privately pursued his graduation while funding his own education. With determination, he worked across clerical, marketing, and management roles before rising to the position of Marketing Manager and eventually establishing his own business at the age of 35. A nature enthusiast, he developed a deep interest in Naturopathy, which inspired him to spearhead the creation of a unique biodiversity park nurturing over 500 species of medicinal plants. Beyond cultivation, he authored plant write-ups, penned stories, mentored students in plant identification, and facilitated MoUs with educational institutions to promote biodiversity conservation. Driven by his passion, he transitioned from urban life to a rural setting, dedicating himself to ecological preservation. His journey reflects resilience, environmental stewardship, and an enduring commitment to learning and sharing—qualities that shine throughout his work.
