Educational technology: A primer for the 21th century. The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) has transformed various sectors of society, with education being one of the most significantly impacted fields. In the digital age, AI technologies are reshaping teaching methodologies, learning environments, assessment systems, and student engagement strategies. Simultaneously, educational psychology provides valuable insights into how learners think, develop, and acquire knowledge. The integration of AI with educational psychology offers new opportunities to create personalized, adaptive, and effective learning experiences. With the introduction of the National Education Policy 2020 (NEP- 2020) and the National Curriculum Framework for School Education 2023 (NCFSE 2023), the nation has articulated a clear and ambitious commitment to equitable, high-quality education for all learners. These policy frameworks reposition inclusion not as a peripheral concern or a specialized intervention, but as a foundational principle of educational design.
