'Critical Reflections in Literary Research'

Kamalakar Baburao Gaikwad is currently working as a Head and Assistant Professor in the department of English at Samajshree Prashantdada Hiray Arts, Science and Commerce College, Nampur, Tal-Baglan, District-Nashik, Maharashtra. He has 15 years teaching experience for UG and PG courses. His area of interest is Indian English Literature, English Language Teaching, British Literature, American Literature, Literary Criticism and Soft Skills. He has worked in several Polytechnic and Engineering colleges. He has taught the subjects like Communication Skills, Corporate Skills, Soft Skills, Professional Communication Skills, Mastering English for Professional Purposes, Business Communication and Communication Ethics, Business English, Compulsory English, General English and Special English.
Dr. Gaikwad is the PG recognized teacher of SPPU, Pune. He is the Associate Research Guide of Sangamner College. At present, 04 Ph.D. research scholars are pursuing their Ph.D. under his guidance. He is also working on the Editorial Board of reputed Journals such as Research Journey, Ayushi International Journal, Rubrics, JETIR etc. He has reviewed more than 60 papers. He has presented 70 papers in conferences. Also his 130 research papers are published in reputed international journals. He has handled several prestigious positions in academic and administrative field. Dr. Gaikwad has participated in 110 FDP’s and 500+ webinars. Being a Resource Person, he has delivered 50 lectures. He has received 05 Outstanding Teacher Award from reputed organizations. He contributed as a Chairman, Paper Setting in SPPU exam at UG and PG level. Dr. Gaikwad has authored three books. ' Critical Reflections in Literary Research' is his fourth book. Currently he is the Executive Director and Life Member of Research India Foundation, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
