"Mrs. Komal Viraj Shete is currently working as an Assistant Professor at KCT's Krishna College of Pharmacy, Karad in Pharmaceutical Chemistry Department. She completed her Diploma in Pharmacy from KCT's Krishna College of Pharmacy, Karad, followed by a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Appasaheb Birnale College of Pharmacy, Sangli. She earned her Master of Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) from Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Pharmacy, Kondhwa. Currently she is pursuing her Ph.D from Krishna Institute of Pharmacy, KVV, Karad. Mrs. Shete has an overall teaching experience of 4.5 years and previously contributed as faculty at Shree Santkrupa College of Pharmacy, Ghogaon. Her areas of research interest include molecular docking studies, pharmacognosy, and pharmacological evaluation of natural products.
Mr. Viraj C. Shete completed his Diploma in Pharmacy from KCT's Krishna College of Pharmacy, Karad, and obtained his Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Rajgad Dnyanpeeth's College of Pharmacy, Bhor. With a strong foundation in pharmaceutical sciences and healthcare services, he is presently serving society as a Pharmacist. Through his professional practice, he contributes to patient care, rational use of medicines, and community health awareness. supporting public well-being.
Mr. Akshay R. Yadav is currently working as Assistant Professor in Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at KCT's Krishna College of Pharmacy, Karad. He completed his B.Pharm and M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) from Rajarambapu College of Pharmacy, Kasegaon, and is pursuing a Ph.D. from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. With 5.5 years of academic experience, he has received several awards, including Gun Gaurav Puraskar, Faculty of the Year, Young Researcher Award, and Gold Medal in Avishkar at university level 2023. He Received 'Best Poster Presentation National and International level for Oral and Poster presentations.
He has published more than 23 research and review articles, 4 patents, 5 copyrights 3 books, and 2 book chapters. His research interests include molecular docking, QSAR, herbal formulations, Novel drug delivery systems, Phytochemical and Pharmacological Screening.
Mr. Sarang Sunil Mahamuni is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the
Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at Krishna College of Pharmacy, Karad. He holds an M. Pharmacy degree from Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Pharmacy, Kolhapur, and a B. Pharmacy from Satara College of Pharmacy, Satara, both under Shivaji University. With over 12 years of combined academic and industrial experience, Mr. Mahamuni has previously contributed as faculty at Satara College of Pharmacy, Yashoda Technical Campus, and as a management trainee at INDOCO Remedies Ltd., Goa. His research expertise spans phytochemistry, analytical method development, and pharmaceutical technology, with several publications in reputed journals. He is known for his active participation in academic conferences, workshops, and community health initiatives.
Ms. Akshada Pradip Shalgaonkar is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at Krishna College of Pharmacy, Karad. She holds an M. Pharmacy degree from All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Trusts College of Pharmacy, Pune under Savitribai Phule University, Pune and B. Pharmacy from Arvind Gavali College of Pharmacy, Satara, under Shivaji University. With over 5 years of academic experience, Ms. Akshada has previously contributed as faculty at MSS College of Pharmacy, Medha and at LNBC Institute of Pharmacy, Raigaon, Satara as a assistant professor.
