"Ms Manali Sarkar is working as an Assistant professor in the department of Computer Science and
Engineering in MCKV Institute ofEngineering. She has done her Btech from WBUT and Mtech from
NIT Durgapur. Currently she is pursuing her PhD degree from Aliah University. Her research work

Ritama Sharma is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at Narula Institute of
Technology, Kolkata. She holds an M.Tech from Jadavpur University and is pursuing her Ph.D. at
IIEST Shibpur. Her expertise includes Artificial Intelligence, databases, and computer vision. She is
the author of A Practical Approach to DBMS using Python and a contributor to The Thinking Code.
With four patents, she focuses on bridging academia and industry through applied AI and intelligent
systems.
Ms. Jayita Pal earned her B.Tech degree in Information Technology from MAKAUT WB and her
M.Tech in Distributed and Mobile Computing from Jadavpur University Kolkata. With 10 years of
experience in teaching and knowledge sharing sharing in education sector, she is currently working as an
Assistant Professor in dept of CSE, Narula Institute of Technology. Her research interest includes
Machine learning and Image Processing. Her deep passion for technology education and research
inspires students and drives academic excellence.
Dr. Soma Chatterjee is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at Narula
Institute of Technology, Kolkata. She holds a B.Tech from Netaji Subhas Engineering College and an
M.E. and Ph.D. from Jadavpur University. Her research focuses on Natural Language Processing,
Machine Learning, and Generative AI. She has worked on funded projects, including a
SERB-sponsored Bengali text retrieval system, and has authored multiple book chapters and over 15
research publications in reputed journals and international conferences.
Dr. Sohini Paul is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at RCC Institute of
Information Technology, Kolkata. She holds a Ph.D. from Jadavpur University. Her research focuses
on Natural Language Processing, text summarization, and machine learning. She has contributed to
projects such as SERB-funded Bengali text summarization and RUSA 2.0 on drug reaction detection.
With publications in reputed journals and conferences, she also delivers international talks and works
on applied AI in healthcare and sentiment analysis.
Dr. Nabanita Das is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of CSE (AI & ML) at the
Academy of Technology, West Bengal. A recipient of the prestigious Visvesvaraya PhD Fellowship
from IIEST, Shibpur, she brings over a decade of expertise across academia and industry, including a
tenure at Infosys. Her research focuses on agentic AI, blockchain, smart city communication, and
explainable AI in healthcare. Widely published in journals such as ACM Transactions and Springer,
Dr. Das also holds several international patents and serves as a technical reviewer and TPC member
for leading global AI venues"
