The Author is an Advocate at District & Sessions Court Ayodhya and also appears before the Honourable Allahabad High Court, Lucknow Bench and also has experience as a Lecturer in Law College. Author has done B.Com. from Dr. R.M.L. Awadh University, LL.B. from the University of Allahabad and LL.M. from Dr. R.M.L. Awadh University. The Author has done his research in Local Self-Government in his LL.M.
