"Saurav Raj is a postgraduate scholar in Genetics and Plant Breeding at Rajmata
Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya (RVSKVV), Gwalior, India, and is
UGC-NET qualified in Environmental Sciences. His current research work
centered on soybean breeding using biometrical and multivariate statistical
approaches. In addition to his research, he is the founder of the educational
platform Foundation Agri Classes, where he has delivered more than 150+
lectures on genetics, seed science, and relateded agricultural subjects.
Dr. Deepa Garg, Associated with Department of Biotechnology sponsored
Network research project on Linseed at JNKVV, Regional Agricultural Research
Station, Sagar, Madhya Pradesh since 2021. She has 9 years of research
experience in Abiotic stress predominantly in temperature & drought stress of
cereals and Oilseeds crops. She had been awarded with Adina young Scientist
Award 2016 and best oral presentation award from EPCO, Bhopal, M.P. She was
involved in development of 3 linseed varieties, one patent, published 10 research
papers, 5 book chapters, 10 articles and attended more than 20 international and
national conferences.
Dr. Devendra Kumar Payasi, Senior Scientist (Plant Breeding & Genetics) &
ICAR-AICRP on Soya Bean is with Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwa
Vidyalaya, College of Agriculture,Sehore,Madhya Pradesh. He was also acted as
Scientist (Plant Breeding & Genetics) & ICAR-AICRP on Linseed, JNKVV,
Jabalpur, Regional Agricultural Research Station,Sagar,M.P. He has developed &
notified cight short duration biofortified Linseed varieties having high seed & oil
yield as well as high Alpha lenolenic acid and four patents. Under his able
leadership, The AICRP Linseed centre Sagar has been awarded Certificate of
Excellence as Best AICRP on Oilseeds Centre during Quinquennial Review period 2017-2021. His
credential includes 40 research papers, 6 book chapters, 3 books, 100 popular articles in reputed english/
hindi magazines and agricultural news papers. Dr.Payasi has been awarded for Young Scientist Award
in year 2007 from CGCOST, Raipur, C.G., Young Scientist Associate Award during 2016 and
Excellence in Research Award 2019.
Khushboo Chandra, Assistant Professor-cum-Junior Scientist & P.I. of AICRP
-Safflower in the department of Genetics & Plant Breeding,Bihar Agricultural
University,Bihar. The research thrust area falls under Abiotic stress predominantly
in drought stress of cereals and Oilseeds crops, Genetic Diversity at Molecular
Level and biochemical analysis & Plant Tissue Culture (Rice and Mustard).She
has also 9 years of research experience breeding of Oilseeds crops( Mustard,
Sesame and Safflower). She had been awarded with University Gold Medalist in
field of Genetics & Plant Breeding. She has been awarded with Eminent Scientist
Award, Young Scientist award, Best Research Scholar Award, Best M.Sc. Thesis Award, Best PhD
