Writing found her — not the other way around. The ideas arrived slowly — in fragments, across trails, quiet moments, and pages of intermittent journalling — until one day, what had been gathering finally revealed its shape. The writing followed. This is her first outing — in wellness, of all places. The small wonders, it turns out, had a great deal to say.
