Reena Dsouza is a Psychological Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Parenting Coach, and Career Strategist. Originally from Kodagu, Karnataka, she is currently based in Jamshedpur, where she serves as the School Counsellor at Sacred Heart Convent School.

Her interest in psychology was sparked during her undergraduate studies, where she became fascinated by the concept of behavior—specifically, the ways in which people’s actions are influenced by their thoughts and emotions.
