Om Prakash Mishra is presently serving as the Head Teacher at Government Primary School, Murum. With nearly 26 years of rich experience in the field of primary education, he has devoted his career to nurturing young learners and enhancing the teaching-learning process. Throughout his journey, he has consistently worked towards making learning engaging, meaningful, and accessible for children. His deep passion for teaching and unwavering dedication have always inspired him to explore innovative methods and adopt an experimental approach in classroom practices.

Mr. Mishra is especially recognized for his contributions to Teaching-Learning Materials (TLM)-based education. He firmly believes that activity-oriented and experiential learning forms the backbone of a strong educational foundation. With this vision, he has designed and developed a wide range of effective and creative TLMs for subjects such as Hindi, English, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies (EVS). These tools not only simplify complex concepts but also generate curiosity, excitement, and confidence among students. His TLMs encourage children to learn by doing, thereby transforming abstract ideas into concrete understanding.
