Ms. Aditi R. Dhonde is an academician and researcher in the discipline of Botany, with a strong background in medicinal plant research and phytochemical studies. She holds a Master of Science degree in Botany and is a University Gold Medallist, reflecting exceptional academic merit. She has qualified several national-level competitive examinations, including the National El igibility Test (NET) with an All-India Rank of 86, SET, and the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) with an All-India Rank of 1411, demonstrating advanced subject competence and research aptitude.
She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Anandrao Dhonde Alias Babaji College, where she is actively engaged in undergraduate teaching, curriculum implementation, and academic mentoring.
