Mr. Sailash Kumar is an Assistant Professor in Special Education at the State Institute for Rehabilitation, Training & Research (SIRTAR), Rohtak. He holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Special Education with a specialization in Mental Retardation (MR), demonstrating his commitment to inclusive education and the empowerment of individuals with disabilities.
