Dr. Swati Pandey holds a Ph.D. in Education and has served as a Senior Research Fellow at Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. She has published around 20 research papers in peer-reviewed national and international journals, including UGC CARE-listed publications. In addition, she has contributed approximately 15 chapters to edited volumes and has presented over 30 research papers at national and international conferences. She is an academician and researcher with a keen interest in educational psychology, teacher development, and emotional intelligence. With several years of experience in higher education, she has contributed extensively to understanding the dynamics of teaching competency and teacher well-being. Her research focuses on enhancing teaching practices through evidence-based approaches and empowering educators through emotional and professional support.
