Dr. Ravindra HN, M.Sc. (N), M.Phil. (H & HA), Ph.D. (N), M.A. Sociology

Dr. Ravindra HN is an accomplished nursing academician, researcher, author, and administrator with over 23 years of experience in clinical practice, nursing education, research, and academic administration. He has extensive experience in mentoring nursing students, guiding research projects, and leading faculty research initiatives.

He has published more than 70 research papers in indexed national and international journals and has authored four books in nursing through reputed publishers. He has organized and served as a resource person for numerous conferences, workshops, seminars, and academic programmes.

Dr. Ravindra has served as a Board of Studies and Academic Council member in several universities and as an academic/advisory board member. He has contributed as a paper setter, moderator, practical evaluator, Ph.D. thesis examiner, and doctoral defence examiner for various universities and academic bodies.

He has also been associated with professional and quality-assurance activities, including Indian Nursing Council (INC), Quality Council of India (QCI), and Gujarat Nursing Council (GNC).

He is the Chief Editor of the Glorious International Journal of Nursing Research (GIJNR), ISSN: 2583-9713, and serves as an editorial board member, advisory board member, and reviewer for several national and international journals.

His professional interests focus on nursing education, research, academic leadership, evidence-based practice, and professional development.
