"Dr. Rajan Tiwari is currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Law at, Nehru Gram Bharati (Deened to be University) Kotwa Jamunipur Dubawal, Prayagraj, U.P. He has previously been associated with Dattopant Thengadi Law Institute, Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur. In addition to his academic career, he brings with him over a decade of professional experience as an Advocate in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, which enriches his teaching with practical legal insights.
Dr. Tiwari holds a B.A., LL.B. (Integrated), an LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Law, and a Ph.D. in Law. He has also earned a Diploma in Cyber Law from Government Law College, Mumbai, reflecting his specialized interest in technology-driven legal frameworks.
A prolific academician, Dr. Tiwari has published more than 13 research papers in reputed journals and has contributed 05 chapters to edited volumes. He has actively participated in numerous national and international seminars and conferences, engaging with contemporary legal debates. His research contributions have been recognized with a Copyright Certificate awarded by the Copyright Office, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India.
Dr. Tiwari is the author of the book titled ""The Role of Information Technology Act, 2000 with Regards to Cyber Security: A Socio-Legal Perspective."" The present volume, ""Environmental Constitutionalism in India: Law, Courts and Climate Crisis,"" marks his second book.
His academic work reflects a deep engagement with contemporary legal issues, particularly in the fields of Cyber Law, Environmental Law, and Company Law.
