Dr. F. Rahman, MD (Medicine) is a Consultant Physician and Diabetologist with postgraduate training in Medicine and Fellowship training in Diabetology from RSSDI. He has served as an Ex-Professor in the Department of Medicine and has experience in clinical practice and medical education.

His areas of clinical and academic interest include clinical medicine, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, clinical diagnosis, rational investigation, practical therapeutics, patient monitoring and follow-up.

Dr. Rahman is a life member of the Association of Physicians of India (API), Research Society for the Study of Diabetes in India (RSSDI), and American College of Physicians (ACP).

Through his clinical and academic work, he has focused on making medical knowledge practical, understandable and relevant to everyday patient care. His approach emphasizes systematic clinical assessment, recognition of red flags, appropriate investigation, safe management and timely referral.
