Dr. Ambily Pillai is an Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce at Smt GB Ankalkoti Government First Grade College, Shiggaon. She has written this book called "Stock Market Operations," which is intended for second-semester B.Com students at KUD and Haveri University. The book gives a thorough understanding of the stock market and related topics such as capital markets, trading, returns, clearing, and settlement. It also includes real-life case examples to help readers grasp the practical side of investing. The content is written in simple language and is suitable for students, professionals, and anyone interested in learning about investing. Dr. Pillai holds degrees in M.Com, M.Phil, PGDHRM, MBA, K-SET and PhD. She has been teaching at Government First Grade College for 17 years. She is deeply passionate about research and has published more than 15 research papers. She has also presented her work at numerous national and international conferences.
