"Dr. Taramati Nakod is an associate professor in the
commerce department at Government First Grade
College in Mundgod, which is located in the Uttar
Kannada district of Karnataka. She has written the book
""Human Resource Management,"" which is specifically
designed for second-semester B.Com students at KUD.
Human resource management, or HRM, is a strategic anp
organized way of managing people in a company or
organization. It helps the business gain a competitive
edge by improving employee performance, which in turn
supports the employer's overall goals. HRM mainly
involves managing people in organizations, focusing on
policies and systems. It is considered a key resource for
understanding the relationship between management
and employees. Dr. Taramati Nakod holds degrees in
M.Com, SLET, MBA, and PhD. She has been teaching at
Government First Grade College for 17 years. She is
deeply passionate about research and has published
over 20 research papers. She has also presented her work
at various national and international conferences."
