Akash Ranjan Panda is a research scholar with an interdisciplinary academic background in science and education. He completed his M.Sc. in Zoology from Indira Gandhi National Tribal University, Amarkantak (A Central University), specializing in Molecular Endocrinology and Toxicology, and his M.Ed. from Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur (A Central University), with a specialization in Educational Technology. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Education at Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, with a research focus on Positive Psychology. His doctoral work examines academic procrastination among B.Ed. students, aiming to generate evidence-based insights for teacher education and student well-being. He is passionate about writing this book because it brings together his research interests in positive psychology and education to address real challenges faced by students and teachers in contemporary classrooms. Through this work, he aims to translate empirical research into practical, evidence-based strategies that can enhance learner well-being, academic engagement, and effective teaching practices.
