"Nataraja T. C., MTA, UGC-NET, (Ph.D.) is presently working as a Faculty Member, Department of PG Studies and Research in Tourism Administration and Research Scholar, IMSR at Kuvempu University. With a career spanning 17 years, Nataraja T. C. specializes in tourism and hospitality and takes the mentorship approach to teaching and is responsible for organisation of various academic events on tourism and related areas. Nataraja Т. С., published several research articles in peer-reviewed journals and presented research papers in national and international seminars and conferences. He was a member of the organising committee of national and international conferences and workshops. He is always keen to arrange industry visits, study tours, internships, and placement-related activities for the students of the MBA Tourism and Travel Management. Dr. Shashiraj U., MTA, PH.D., UGC- NET, is presently working as ""Assistant Professor"" in Sahyadri Commerce and Management College, Shivamogga and serving as a 'Head of the Department' of BBA (Tourism & Travel). He has 19 years of teaching experience. He is also serving as 'Associate NCC Officer', received a 'Lieutenant' Rank. Unit - 2 of the Youth Red Cross Unit is also headed by him. Shashiraj U., takes the mentorship approach to teaching and academic events on tourism and related concepts. Shashiraj U. has served as member of Board of Studies in 'Tourism Administration' for Kuvempu University, Shankaraghatta, Shivamogga and Mangalore University, Konaje, Mangaluru. He also published 10 research articles in the various reputed national and international journals. He has presented 7 research papers in national and international seminars and conferences. He has convened 12 National Level Workshops and 2 National Level Conferences. He's always keen to arranged industry visits, study tours, internships and placements for the students of BBA (Tourism & Travel). He has also delivered key note addresses at workshops, seminars and conferences. Hе was invited for special lectures as a resource person on tourism domain at various Institutions."
