Roshni Kumari was a hustler once. She is on her way back to herself. An alumna of NIT Bhopal and Symbiosis Pune, she spends her working life as a public sector professional in Jharkhand — where nature is not a backdrop but a way of life. She finds depth in ordinary things. In the bloom of every flora her garden happily accommodates. In the silence of a Himalayan trail. In a book held too long in an airport bookshop. In music that arrives not by preference but by what the moment demands — to rest or to engage. In the small wonders that were always there, waiting to be noticed. Writing found her — not the other way around. The ideas arrived slowly — in fragments, across trails, quiet moments, and pages of intermittent journalling — until one day, what had been gathering finally revealed its shape. The writing followed. This is her first outing — in wellness, of all places. The small wonders, it turns out, had a great deal to say.
