Dr Sadanandam Ariyaputhiri is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Tourism studies, Central University of Kerala since 2022. He has been teaching the Tourism since 2019 in different Universities like Central University of Tamil Nadu & Jain (Deemed-to-be) University. He has published articles in SCOPUS & ABDC listed journals. Before teaching tourism for the PG students, he worked in a Tour Operations Company for 6 years in Inbound Sales and Operations. Then he perused his PhD in the Department of Tourism Studies, Pondicherry University. Dr. Arokiaraj David is an academic professional, researcher, and mentor with strong experience in higher education. He teaches business and management subjects such as Marketing Management, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Research Methodology, Tourism management, Artificial intelligence, Business Analytics, and Strategic Management. His teaching approach focuses on clarity, practical understanding, and student engagement. Dr. David actively supervises BBA, MBA, DBA, and doctoral students, guiding them in research topic selection, methodology, data analysis, and academic writing. He emphasizes research ethics, proper referencing, and quality academic work. His research interests include service quality, customer satisfaction, supply chain performance, logistics management, sustainable business practices, and digital transformation. He also explores emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Virtual and Augmented Reality in business. Dr. Arokiaraj David is committed to continuous learning and supporting students’ academic and professional development.
