HITENDER ROHILLA'S journey with the Services Selection Board spans over ten years of determination, learning, and self-discovery. Having appeared multiple times, he has experienced the SSB process closely—its structure, assessments, psychological framework, and the high standards expected from future officers. Although medical reasons prevented completion of his personal commissioning journey, this challenge became a turning point, deepening his understanding of Officer-Like Qualities (OLQs) and the power of a balanced, resilient, and focused personality. Driven by a vision to guide and empower others, he built the Telegram community **“SSB Game of OLQ,” with one of his friend Dharmender Dhariwal which has grown into a strong network of nearly 2,000 aspirants across India. Through structured interview guidance, GTO task practice, and psychological test evaluation, he has helped candidates identify strengths, overcome weaknesses, and build confidence to face every challenge. This hands-on mentoring has already contributed to the recommendation of more than 10 candidates—proof that experience, strategy, and perseverance together lead to success. Academically, he holds Master’s degrees in Public Administration and Political Science, providing a solid foundation in governance, leadership, and decision-making—qualities every officer must embody. He is also a certified graphologist, applying handwriting analysis to gain deeper insight into personality traits and behaviour patterns, offering aspirants a unique advantage in SSB psychological preparation. This book is not just a guide—it is a mentor in print. Written from real experience and practical understanding, it is designed to help aspirants build authentic OLQs rather than memorise techniques.
