Prakash Narayan Gheware was born in August 1948 in Dhule. He completed his secondary education at Chelipura High School in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Mr. Gheware has led a distinguished career spanning over five decades across the military and corporate sectors: Military Service (1966–1981): He dedicated 15 years of service to the Indian Navy, gaining foundational experience in discipline and strategic operations. Corporate Security (1981–1999): Following his naval career, he served as the Senior Security Officer at Garware Polyester Ltd. Leadership & Training (1999–2018): He later joined Mediator Securities Pvt. Ltd. as Deputy General Manager (DGM). During this tenure, he established himself as a specialist in Industrial Safety and Security Training, mentoring the next generation of security professionals. He currently resides in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
