I am Waghmare Pavan (Kumar), a resident of Kalgaon in Hingoli district. I completed my Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Milind College, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad). Currently, I work as a graphic designer and use digital platforms to communicate ideas and social messages to the public. For the past eight years, I have been actively involved in the Ambedkarite movement. The values of equality, liberty, fraternity, and social justice taught by Dr. B. R. Ambedkar form the foundation of my life. Reading books based on social movements, studying the struggles of great leaders, and exploring historical truths are among my key interests. My ideological goal is to ensure that the thoughts of great leaders do not remain as mere ashes or decorative symbols, but are transformed into meaningful action. Presenting the ideas of great leaders to society in their true spirit and effectively conveying them to the younger generation is also an important part of my mission.
