Dr. RAM RATAN, currently working as Senior Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics, Bareilly College, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. He has more than 6 years teaching Experience in UG and PG level. He has completed UG (B.A. & B.Ed.) from Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur and PG (M.A. & M.Ed.) and Ph.D. (Economics and Rural Development) from Dr. Rammanohar Lohia Avadh University, Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. He has also qualified UGC-NET (JRF) Examination in both subjects Economics and Education. He has been awarded Senior Research Fellowship from University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi. He is member of Editorial/Reviewer Board of many National and International Research Journals. He has published nine research papers in reputed National and International Peer-reviewed, Refereed and UGC-Care listed Journals. His areas of specialization are Agricultural Economics, Rural Development and Quantitative Methods. He has participated and presented ten research papers in National and International level Seminars and Workshops. He has participated one Faculty Induction Programme (GURU DAKSHTA Programme), one Refresher Programme and 10 Faculty Development Programmes (Capacity Building Pragramme). He is member of different academic and administrative committees at department and College level.
