BIRJU PRASAD DANGI, M.A., Ph.D. (NET) in Economics, is an Assistant Teacher (PGT- Economics) posted at K. B. +2 High School, Itkhori, Chatra, (Jharkhand) and presently working at CM School of Excellence, Barhi, Hazaribag (Jharkhand). He obtained his master’s degree in Economics from Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribag (Jharkhand). He started his career as a Guest Faculty at Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribag (Jharkhand). His research interest covers regional development specially agriculture economics. Dr. Dangi has authored a book ‘A Comprehensive Dictionary of Economics’ and jointly authored a book ‘Agriculture in India: Production, Productivity and Marketing’. Dr. Dangi has published more than 20 research articles and has caried out extensive and intensive field work in agriculture in the state of Jharkhand. Dr. Dangi has been working in the field of agriculture economics.
