Director with Directorate General of NDRF and Civil Defense, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. He got the opportunity to serve International welfare agencies such as United Nations Development Program in India (UNDP). He also served the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) Disaster Management Centre. SAARC is a regional intergovernmental organization wherein Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal and Srilanka are the stakeholders.
