Sohail Jamai (Born in 1957) has been nourishing the Urdu literature silently for the last three decades. His first short story "Awaz De Rahi Hai Zindagi Mujhe" was published in 'Parwaz', Ludhiana in 1974 when he was only seventeen. Since then he has been presenting his views, ideas and thoughts in the genre of short story. Writing is still his first interest and his articles may easily be seen in various literary magazines.
