"Dr. Pushpanjali Singh is an experienced academician and researcher with a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Kanpur University, specializing in Chemical Kinetics. With over two decades of teaching and research experience, she has contributed significantly to the fields of Applied Chemistry. Environmental Science, and Green Chemistry. She has served at reputed institutions, including Addis Ababa University and Ambo University, Ethiopia, and is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Management Sciences, Lucknow. Dr. Singh has published 25+ research papers and holds several national and international patents and copyrights. An active speaker and recipient of several prestigious honors, including the Chanakya Award (2022), Baba Saheb Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Excellence Award (2023), and Shiksha Ratan Award (2022), she is widely recognized for her contributions to education and research innovation. About Co-Author Dr. Niharika Singh is a dedicated and versatile academician with over 14 years of distinguished experience in teaching, research, and academic coordination in the field of Human Resource Management (HRM) and Organizational Behaviour (OB). She has taught diverse courses including Human Resource Management, HR Analytics, Performance and Reward Management, Strategic HRM, Employment Relations and Employee Engagement, International HRM, Organizational Behaviour. She holds a Ph.D. in Employee Engagement and has completed the HR Analytics Executive Programme from IIM Rohtak. She is a certified POSH Enabler (V LEGAL, Govt. of India Empanelled Institution).
